If some (but not all) of your users are missing notifications, it could be because your company IT system has filtered out Learn Amp emails.
To combat this, you can whitelist can whitelist the Learn Amp email address.
To do this:
Contact your company IT department, and ask them to whitelist Learn Amp emails.
The information you will need to send them is as follows:
IP address for Learn Amp emails: 167.89.34.174
Notifications come from this address: no-reply@learnamp.com
