Our new Analytics Dashboards are designed to offer a powerful way to access actionable insights across key areas of our product. These dashboards are designed to help you make smarter, faster decisions by enabling you to:

• Filter data to suit specific needs

• Drill down into visualizations for detailed analysis

• Export insights for sharing or further processing

Whether you’re tracking trends, identifying opportunities, or optimizing performance, the dashboards provide an intuitive, versatile experience that empowers you to uncover and act on valuable information.

Coverage

The Analytics Dashboards currently cover the following areas of the product:

• Compliance (Tasks)

• Events

• Surveys

• Quizzes

• 1-to-1s

• Skills

Please note that the dashboards’ appearance and content may change during the Alpha and Beta phases as we continuously release improvements.

How to Access the Dashboards

For users with the Central Reporting Page (Beta feature):

1. Navigate to the Reporting tab.

2. Locate the Analytics section, featuring a series of tiles.

3. Click on a tile to open the corresponding dashboard.

For users without the Central Reporting Page:

1. Go to the Analytics tab within the Task, Events, or Assess menus.

2. Click on the relevant tab to open the corresponding dashboard.

Dashboard Features

Filtering

At the top of each dashboard, you’ll find a list of available filters. Select the desired values to refine your data view.

Visualizations

Hover over individual visualizations to access two key features:

1. Information bubble (?): Click to learn more about the widget.

2. Export button (three dots): Export the visualization’s data to CSV or Excel format.

Drilling and cross-filtering

Click on a visualization (e.g., a section of a pie chart or a bar in a bar chart) to access:

• Drill-down options: Explore details, such as specific months within a quarter or view related reports.

Some options to drill down into a detail (e.g. specific month of the quarter, in the below example), or to drill down into a detailed report, will appear. Select your desired option.

• Cross-filtering options: Apply filters to all visualizations in the dashboard.
  

Selected filters will appear in the top row. To remove a filter, click the Reset all filters icon.

Note: Not all visualizations are affected by cross-filtering.

Exporting a dashboard

To export a dashboard:

1. Click the Export to PDF button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.

2. A confirmation message will appear once the export is generated. Check your downloaded files for the PDF version of the dashboard.
