1. Click on your profile picture image in the top navigation bar.
2. Select 'Audit Log' from the dropdown menu.
The Audit Log is a record of some actions taken within the site.
The Audit Log allows you to see:
The date and time of every action.
The name of the user who has done the action.
The type of action.
The user's IP address.
The details of the action performed.
The Audit Log exists for added security.
Since the Audit Log tracks every single action within the site, you can check who has done what if anything goes awry.
For example, if you find that some crucial content has been deleted, you will be able to see exactly who has done this and when.
The Audit Log is visible for users with Admin and Owner roles.
Data is purged from the Audit Log after three months.
Each row in the Audit Log includes a “View details” link (on the right end side of the table)
Clicking this link opens a modal displaying further information about the recorded action.
For certain actions, such as updating an item or modifying a quiz question, the modal will display exact details of what has changed, including before and after values (e.g., the previous and updated text of a question).
Sensitive information (e.g., updates to integration API credentials) will be redacted for security reasons.
