FAQs
Q: Why would content have no title?
This can happen with imported content where metadata wasn't fully transferred, or content that was created but not properly configured.
Q: Can I search directly by Course ID?
In most cases, you'll need to construct the URL manually. The search function primarily uses titles and descriptions.
Q: The ID doesn't work—what should I do?
The content may have been deleted, or the ID may be from a different system. Contact Learn Amp support with the ID for assistance.
Troubleshooting
