If you need to investigate how a user was deactivated—particularly when syncing data with an integration like Fourth—you can use LearnAmp’s Audit Log. This log provides insights into account creation, updates, and deactivations.
Steps to Use the Audit Log
Access the Audit Log:
Go to the Profile in LearnAmp.
Select Audit Log from the available options.
Filter for the User’s Name:
Use the Filter options.
Select "Object Name" and enter the name of the user whose status you want to check.
