Q&A: Can I remind learners to rate their skills?
Yes!
Sometimes learners need a little nudge to make sure their skill ratings are up to date.
Adhoc request
You can request skill ratings from an individual, adhoc.
Admins can request ratings from Manage -> People -> Individuals by clicking the options menu next to the user's name.
Team Managers, Secondary Managers of a Team and Override Managers can request ratings from their reports by going to My Team -> Team List and clicking the options menu next to the user's name.
You can ask the learner to rate multiple skills in one go.
Cycles
You can set up skill rating reminders on a cycle from Company Settings -> Learning Taxonomy -> Skill Rating reminders.

Send notifications to managers to update their ratings of their direct reports
