Can I Prevent Managers from Assigning 1-to-1s?

No, this is not currently configurable.

As of now, LearnAmp does not offer a setting to restrict managers (non-admin roles) from assigning or initiating 1-to-1s with their direct reports.

Why Is This Feature Enabled by Default?

This design is intentional:

Managers are granted access to 1-to-1s so they can actively support, coach, and develop their team members.

Removing this access could hinder team engagement and limit the platform’s functionality for performance development.
