Screen Recording in Items and Exercises

Screen Recording in Items and Exercises

Overview

Screen recording in Learn Amp lets you capture your screen directly within the platform—whether you're creating content or submitting work for an exercise. It's a simple way to create walkthroughs, demonstrations, or video explanations without needing external tools.

This feature works for both Items (creating screen recording content) and Exercises (submitting screen recordings as part of an assignment).

  • They can also complete the exercise without uploading anything

Screen Recording Only — Required

  • Learners must upload one self-recording to complete the exercise

  • Only one self-recording can be submitted per allowed attempt

Scoring Screen Recording Submissions

Managers or users with scoring permissions can:

  • View submitted screen recordings
