When you receive a one-to-one submission from a team member, Volt acts as your personal coach, guiding you on how to respond effectively. Volt helps you craft thoughtful responses, prepare for meaningful conversations, and ensure you're addressing all important points.

Pre-requisites
To use Volt's one-to-one coaching features, your organisation must have opted into the Volt beta programme.
Role Requirements

⚠️ Note: During the beta period, Volt is only available to Owners and Admins. Other roles do not have access.

Navigate to a one-to-one submission from a team member
Click the Volt icon in the top navigation bar to open the sidebar
Ask Volt for coaching on how to respond or prepare
