Platform Assistant
The Platform Assistant is Volt's help and guidance feature, built to answer questions about how Learn Amp works. It's available to Admins and Owners and is enabled via Company Settings → AI Features.
Overview
The Platform Assistant is a conversational AI that understands Learn Amp's features and functionality. Ask it how to do something, where to find a setting, or how a particular feature works — and it will give you a plain-language answer you can act on straight away.
This is a fully live feature, available to all customers with Volt enabled. There's no separate beta opt-in required.

FAQs
Q: What kinds of questions can the Platform Assistant answer?
The Platform Assistant is best suited to questions about how to use Learn Amp — navigating the platform, understanding features, and completing common admin tasks. It's not designed for general knowledge queries unrelated to the platform.
Q: Does the Platform Assistant access my organisation's data?
The Platform Assistant is aware of your platform context (for example, where you are in the app), but focuses on platform guidance rather than querying your content library. For content-specific searching, see Volt Content Search (Open Beta).
Q: Can learners use the Platform Assistant?
Not currently — Volt, including the Platform Assistant, is available to Admins and Owners only.
