FAQs

Q: What happens if I don't add any banner images for smaller screens?
The desktop image will be used and scaled down. For best results, provide images for each breakpoint.

Q: Can I use animated GIFs?
Yes, but use them sparingly as they can be distracting and affect performance.

Q: How do I remove a banner completely?
Edit the banner settings and remove the image, or look for a "Remove Banner" option.

Q: Can users personalise their own banner?
No. Banners are set by administrators and apply to all users who see that Dashboard.

Q: What file formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, GIF, and SVG formats are typically supported.
