FAQs
Q: Will learners receive multiple emails per day?
No. Each overdue task generates at most one reminder email per day.
Q: Can I disable reminders for specific users?
The setting is per-task, not per-user. All assignees of a task with this setting enabled will receive reminders.
Q: What happens when a recurring task becomes overdue?
The reminders apply to each task cycle independently. When a task recurs, the new instance has its own deadline and reminder schedule.
Q: Do managers receive daily reminders too?
Managers receive a single overdue notification (1 day after deadline) if they were selected as stakeholders. They do not receive the daily reminders—only the assigned learner does.
Q: How do I stop the reminders?
Reminders stop automatically when the task is completed, expires, or is deleted. Alternatively, an Admin can edit the task to disable the setting.
Troubleshooting

Too many reminder emails | Review your task settings; consider using expiry dates to auto-stop reminders. |
Reminders still being sent after completion | Verify the task status is "Completed" in the Task Log. |
