Connect widgets bring social learning to life on your Dashboard. They showcase community activity, highlight top contributors, and keep users engaged with Q&A, discussions, and messaging. These widgets help build a collaborative learning culture by making social interactions visible and rewarding.

Connect widgets are available to organisations with the Connect package.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard from the sidebar

  2. Click Add Widget beneath the banner

  3. Select the Connect category

  4. Choose your desired widget

  5. Configure time period and user filters as needed

  6. Click Add Widget

FAQs

Q: Why can't I see Connect widgets in the picker?
Connect widgets require the Connect package. Verify your organisation has Connect enabled.

Q: How are leaderboard rankings calculated?
Rankings are based on activity count within the selected time period. You can filter by team, group, or the entire company.

Q: Can users opt out of appearing on leaderboards?
No—leaderboards show all users with qualifying activity. However, only users visible to the viewer will appear.

Q: How does the 'Shared with you' widget order shared content?
Content is ordered by when it was shared—most recent first, earliest last. Users can dismiss shares by clicking the three dots menu and selecting "Dismiss share".
