Perform Widgets
Overview
Perform widgets connect learning to performance by showcasing Objectives and 1-to-1 progress. These widgets help managers track team development, enable individuals to monitor their goals, and provide leadership with visibility into performance across the organisation.
Perform widgets are available to organisations with the Perform package.

Objective Status Meanings
The Objective widgets display status counts. Here's what each status means:
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Completed | Count of objectives in any status (including "Not started") that are completed (progress = 100%) |
On track | Count of objectives with "On track" status, excluding completed ones |
Behind | Count of objectives with "Behind" status, excluding completed ones |
At risk | Count of objectives with "At risk" status, excluding completed ones |
Important Notes:
Archived Objectives are excluded from all counts
Not started Objectives are only included in the Completed count (when they reach 100% progress)

Perform widgets require specific features to be enabled.

Quick Start Guide
Navigate to your Dashboard from the sidebar
Click Add Widget beneath the banner
Select the Perform category
Choose your desired widget
Configure filters such as objective level (Individual, Team, Company) or time period
Click Add Widget
💡 Tip: The Objective Progress Chart is particularly powerful for spotting teams that may need additional support—look for lines falling below the "perfect completion" benchmark.

Q: What do the Objective Status colours mean?

Q: Can I filter Objectives by level?
Yes—you can filter by All, Self Development, Individual, Team, or Company level objectives.
Q: Why does my 1-to-1 Completion show 0%?
This could mean no 1-to-1s have been scheduled, or scheduled 1-to-1s haven't been marked as completed.
Q: What time periods are available for 1-to-1 widgets?
You can filter by All Time, Month, Quarter, or Year.
Q: Why are some objectives not appearing in widget counts?
Archived objectives are excluded from all widget counts. Check if the objectives you're expecting have been archived.
