FAQs

Q: Can I use both SSO and a password?
Yes. If your company has email/password login enabled alongside SSO, you can use either method. This is useful as a backup.

Q: What if my company only allows SSO?
Some companies disable email/password login entirely. In this case, you must use your SSO provider to access Learn Amp.

Q: Can I link multiple SSO providers?
You can only have one identity linked per provider type, but you may have identities from different providers (e.g. both Google and Microsoft).

Q: What happens if my SSO provider is down?
If your SSO provider is unavailable, you won't be able to log in via that method. Contact your IT team or use an alternative login method if available.

Q: How do I get SSO enabled for my company?
Contact your Customer Success Manager. They'll work with your IT team to configure the integration.

Q: Does SSO automatically create user accounts?
This depends on your company's configuration. Some SSO setups allow auto-provisioning of new users, while others require accounts to be created in advance.
