Onboarding Dashboards

Onboarding Dashboards

Overview

Onboarding Dashboards provide a focused, time-limited experience for new employees during their first days or weeks at your organisation. Instead of overwhelming new starters with the full platform, you can curate a Dashboard specifically designed for onboarding—with relevant tasks, welcome content, and essential information.

After the onboarding period ends, users automatically transition to their standard Dashboard, ensuring a seamless experience as they settle into their role.

The user automatically sees their next highest-priority Dashboard (Team, Manager Type, or Role-Based).

Yes, if other Dashboards are visible, users can switch using the Dashboard selector. They'll still return to the Onboarding Dashboard as default until the period ends.

Q: What if a user doesn't have a start date?
Users without a start date won't see Onboarding Dashboards. Ensure start dates are set during user creation or import.

Q: Can I have multiple Onboarding Dashboards?
