CSV Exports
CSV Exports gives you a central place to view and download all your exported report files. Whether you've exported data from the Activity Log, Tasks Report, or any other reporting tool, you'll find your files here—ready to download or re-download whenever you need them.
Overview
When you export data from any Learn Amp report, the file doesn't just disappear into your downloads folder. The CSV Exports tile keeps a record of all your exports, making it easy to retrieve files, check export status, and manage your download history.
Why It Matters
Never lose an export – All your CSV files are stored in one accessible location
Track export status – See which exports are processing, complete, or failed
Re-download anytime – Grab the same file again without re-running the report
Manage storage – Review and clean up old exports you no longer need

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: How long does an export take?
A: Small exports complete in seconds. Larger datasets (thousands of records) may take several minutes. You'll receive a notification when it's ready.
Q: Why is my export stuck on "Processing"?
A: Large exports can take time. If it's been more than 30 minutes, try refreshing the page. If it still shows processing, the export may have failed—try again.
Q: Can I export to formats other than CSV?
A: Standard exports are in CSV format, which opens in Excel, Google Sheets, and most data tools. For other formats, use the Advanced Analytics tool to create custom exports.
Q: How long are exports kept?
A: Exports are typically retained for 30 days. Download important files promptly or re-run the report if needed later.
Q: Can I see exports created by other users?
A: Only Owners and Admins can view exports created by other users. All other roles see only their own exports.
Q: What happens if an export fails?
A: Try running the export again. If it continues to fail, the dataset may be too large—try applying additional filters to reduce the data size, or contact Learn Amp Support.
