High Importance Content
Overview
High Importance Content is a protection feature that locks critical Items so only Owners can edit, archive, or delete them. This is ideal for compliance training, mandatory policies, or any content that requires strict change control.
When an Item is marked as High Importance, it's protected from accidental modifications by other administrators, ensuring your most critical content remains consistent and approved.
