Exporting Learnlist Translations

Exporting Learnlist Translations

Overview

Learn Amp allows you to export Learnlist content for translation purposes. This is useful when you need to send content to external translators or translation services, or when you want to manage translations in bulk outside the platform.

The export feature creates a structured file containing all translatable fields from your Learnlist, making it easy to provide translators with the content they need.

Functionality Breakdown

What's Exported

The translation export includes all translatable Learnlist fields:

  • Title/Name: The Learnlist name

  • Description: The main description content

  • Short description: The brief summary (if enabled)

  • Learning objectives/Benefits: All configured learning objectives

Export Format

Translations are typically exported as CSV files, which:

  • Can be opened in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Are compatible with translation management systems

  • Maintain structure for easy re-import

Supported Languages

The export includes content for all languages configured for your platform. Each language column allows translators to see the source text alongside target language fields.
