You can always restore archived items if needed.
What Can Be Archived?

|---|---|
Individual 1-to-1s | Hidden from active logs; preserved for reports |
Question Sets | Cannot be added to new templates; existing templates unaffected |
Templates | Cannot create new cycles; existing cycles continue |
Archive vs Delete

Archive | ✅ Yes | ✅ Yes |
Delete | ❌ No | ❌ No |
⚠️ Best Practice: Always archive rather than delete unless you're certain the data is no longer needed.
