1-to-1 Dashboard Widgets

Overview

Learn Amp provides two dashboard widgets specifically for tracking 1-to-1 progress: the 1-to-1 Completion widget and the 1-to-1 Team widget. These widgets help managers, HR teams, and administrators monitor check-in activity at a glance without navigating to the full 1-to-1 logs.

Adding these widgets to your dashboards provides quick visibility into completion rates and helps identify teams or individuals who may need follow-up.

Functionality Breakdown

1-to-1 Completion Widget

The Completion widget displays a summary of 1-to-1 progress:

The Team widget shows 1-to-1 progress broken down by team:

Pre-requisites

To add 1-to-1 widgets to dashboards:

• Your company must have 1-to-1s enabled

• You must have permission to edit dashboards

• The dashboard must support custom widgets

Role Requirements

⚠️ Note: The 1-to-1 Team widget is restricted to users who manage multiple teams to prevent data exposure.

Quick Start Guide

Adding a 1-to-1 Completion Widget

1. Navigate to your Dashboard

2. Click Edit Dashboard or the settings icon

3. Click Add Widget

4. Find 1-to-1 Completion in the Perform category

5. Configure the widget:

   • Set a name (optional)

   • Choose time range (Month, Quarter, Year, or All Time)

   • Select cycle filter if needed

   • Configure user scope

6. Click Save

Adding a 1-to-1 Team Widget

1. Navigate to your Dashboard

2. Click Edit Dashboard or the settings icon

3. Click Add Widget

4. Find 1-to-1 Team in the Perform category

5. Configure the widget:

   • Set a name (optional)

   • Choose time range

   • Select teams to display (or all teams)

   • Configure sub-team inclusion if needed

6. Click Save

Both widgets can be resized on the dashboard grid:

Manager Dashboard

A manager might add:

• 1-to-1 Completion widget filtered to their team

• Time range set to "This Month" to track current cycle

HR Overview Dashboard

HR might add:

• 1-to-1 Team widget showing all teams

• Time range set to "This Quarter" for quarterly reviews

• 1-to-1 Completion widget for company-wide metrics

Department Head Dashboard

A department head might add:

• 1-to-1 Team widget filtered to their department's teams

• Include sub-teams enabled

• Click through to investigate any teams with low completion

FAQs

Q: Why can't I see the 1-to-1 Team widget?
This widget is restricted to users who manage multiple teams (Owners, Admins, or managers with more than one team). Single-team managers use the Completion widget instead.

Q: Do widgets show archived 1-to-1s?
No—widgets only display active (non-archived) 1-to-1s.

Q: Can I filter by multiple cycles?
Currently, you can filter by one cycle or show all cycles. For multi-cycle analysis, use the Analytics dashboard.

Q: How often do widgets update?
Widget data updates in near real-time as 1-to-1s are completed.

Q: Can I add these widgets to a team dashboard?
Yes—both widgets work on personal, team, and company dashboards, subject to your permissions.
