This section explains how to assign CPD values to learning content in Learn Amp. CPD can be attached to Items, Quizzes, Events, and Event Sessions, allowing learners to earn professional development credit when they complete learning activities.

Formal vs Informal CPD
Type | Description | Examples |

Supported Content Types
CPD values can be assigned to:
Items – All item types (articles, videos, files, etc.)
Quizzes – Points awarded on completion
Events – CPD applied at event session level
Event Sessions – Each session can have different CPD values
Pre-requisites
To assign CPD to content:
CPD must be enabled for your organisation
You need Owner, Admin, Curator, or Learning Designer permissions
The CPD label (hours/points) is set at company level
