Key Features

Self-Submissions

Learners can submit CPD activities they've completed outside Learn Amp, including:

  • Activity title and description

  • CPD points/hours earned

  • Formal or informal classification

  • Date of completion

Sign-off Workflow

When enabled, submissions go through an approval process:

  1. Learner submits activity

  2. Admin reviews submission

  3. Admin approves or rejects

  4. Points credited (if approved)

Reflection Workflow

When enabled, learners must upload supporting documentation:

  • Files (PDF, DOC, images, etc.)

  • Self-recorded videos or audio

Editing Submissions

Learners can edit their own CPD submissions to:

  • Correct mistakes in title or description

  • Update CPD points/hours claimed

  • Change formal/informal classification

  • Modify completion date

  • Add or update reflection documentation


Pre-requisites

To configure submission workflows:

  • CPD must be enabled

  • "Allow learners to mark completed" must be enabled on the scheme

  • Owner, Admin, or HR permissions required
