1-to-1 Analytics provides insights into check-in activity across your organisation. From tracking completion rates to identifying overdue 1-to-1s, this dashboard helps HR teams and administrators understand engagement patterns and take action where needed.

By visualising 1-to-1 data, you can ensure check-ins are happening consistently and identify areas that may need additional support or follow-up.

Quick Start Guide

Viewing Overall Completion Rates

  1. Navigate to My Development → 1-to-1s in the sidebar

  2. Click the Analytics tab

  3. View the completion summary at the top

  4. Adjust the time period filter as needed

Identifying Overdue 1-to-1s

  1. Open the Analytics dashboard

  2. Look for the "Overdue" section or filter by status

  3. Click to see the list of overdue 1-to-1s

  4. Follow up with relevant reviewees or reviewers
