💡 Written feedback is especially useful when a response is close but not quite right. Describing what was missing or incorrect helps the team understand exactly what needs to improve.
FAQs
Q: Who sees my feedback?
Feedback is sent to the Learn Amp team. It's used to improve Volt's performance and is not shared publicly.
Q: Does feedback have an immediate effect on Volt's responses?
Feedback doesn't change Volt's behaviour in real time. It's used by the Learn Amp team to identify areas for improvement in future updates.
Q: Can I provide feedback on every type of Volt response?
Yes. The feedback option is available on all Volt responses across all feature types, including Platform Assistant responses, content creation results, and search results.
Q: Is there a way to report a serious issue with a Volt response?
