Pre-requisites
The Discover page is available to all users with access to the platform. No special roles are required.
To receive personalised recommendations, learners should:
Set up their profile preferences
Select relevant Skills or Tags in their Recommendations settings

Displays content that has been viewed most frequently across the platform recently. This section updates regularly to reflect current learner activity.
What's New
Lists Items added most recently to the library. This helps learners stay current with the latest available content.
Top Rated
Shows content with the highest user ratings. This section highlights quality content as rated by your peers.

Q: Why am I not seeing any recommendations?
Recommendations are based on your Tag preferences. Go to Profile & Preferences → Recommendations and select Topics that interest you.
Q: How often does trending content update?
Trending content updates regularly based on recent platform activity, typically reflecting the past week or month of usage.
Q: Can administrators control what appears on Discover?
The Discover page automatically surfaces content based on algorithms. Administrators control content availability through library visibility settings, which affects what can appear on Discover.
Q: Why do I see different content than my colleagues?
The Recommended for You section is personalised based on individual preferences. Trending, New, and Top Rated sections show the same content to all users.
Q: Can I disable the Discover page?
Platform configuration options are managed by administrators. Contact your Admin if you have concerns about the Discover page.
