Learner-Created Learnlists
Overview
Learner-Created Learnlists allow users to create their own personal learning playlists. These private Learnlists help learners organise content for their own development goals, pulling together items from the company library into a customised learning path.
This feature is available on request—contact your Customer Success Manager to enable it.
Functionality Breakdown
When enabled, Learner-Created Learnlists allow users to:
Create personal Learnlists from their profile
Add content from the company library
Track their own progress through self-directed learning
Optionally add their own content items (if Learner-Added Items is also enabled)

Pre-requisites
Before learners can create their own Learnlists:
The Learner-Created Learnlists feature must be enabled for your account
Contact your Customer Success Manager or success@learnamp.com to request access
Role Requirements
Once the feature is enabled:
All users with a Learner role can create personal Learnlists
Admins and Owners can view all learner-created Learnlists for oversight purposes
Quick Start Guide
Creating a Personal Learnlist
Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner
Select Profile from the dropdown menu
Navigate to Content > Learnlists
Click the Add Learnlist button
Fill in the Learnlist details:
Add a title
Add a description (optional)
Configure any other settings
Click Add Learnlist to save
Start adding content from the library to your new Learnlist
Viewing Your Personal Learnlists
Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner
Select Profile from the dropdown menu
Navigate to Content > Learnlists
You'll see all your personal Learnlists listed here
Adding Content to Your Personal Learnlist
Open your Learnlist
Click the three dots menu (⋮) to add content
Search the company library for items to include
Select items to add them to your Learnlist

FAQs
Q: Can other learners see my personal Learnlists?
No. Your personal Learnlists are only visible to you, plus Admins and Owners for oversight purposes.
Q: Can I share my personal Learnlist with colleagues?
No. Learner-Created Learnlists are personal and private. If you want to share a learning path, ask an Admin to create a company Learnlist.
Q: Does my manager get notified when I complete my personal Learnlist?
Completion appears in the Activity Log, which Admins and Owners can view. Standard manager notifications don't apply to personal Learnlists.
Q: Can I add my own content items to my personal Learnlist?
Only if the Learner-Added Items feature is also enabled for your account. Otherwise, you can only add items from the existing company library.
Q: Why don't I see the option to create a Learnlist?
The Learner-Created Learnlists feature may not be enabled for your account. Contact your administrator or Customer Success Manager.
Q: Can I earn certificates from personal Learnlists?
Personal Learnlists don't support automatic certificate assignment. Certificates are typically associated with company-created Learnlists.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |

Can't find content to add | You can only add content that's visible to you in the company library. Check with your administrator if content seems missing. |
