FAQs

Q: What's the difference between libraries I see?
You may see the Learn Amp Library (curated by Learn Amp), partner libraries (from content providers like Microlearn or Skillshub), and your organisation's own library (content you've created or uploaded).

Q: Can I move content between libraries?
Content typically stays within its source library. However, you can add items from any library to Learnlists and Channels to create custom learning paths.

Q: How do I add content to a library?
For your organisation's library, create new items via Content → Create Item. For partner libraries, content is delivered automatically and appears in your Pending Items queue.

Q: Can I delete content from a partner library?
You can archive or hide partner content from your platform, but you cannot delete it from the source library. Use visibility settings to control what learners can access.

Q: How do I pull a file showing all Items in my library?
Use the Content Log (Reporting → Content) to see all Items across your platform. You can filter by library, content type, or other criteria, then export as CSV to get a complete list.

Q: What's the best view for managing large libraries?
List view is recommended when managing content, as it allows you to see more items at once and use batch actions efficiently.

Q: How do ratings work?
Learners can rate content after viewing it. Ratings are aggregated to show average scores, helping you identify popular and effective content.
