How do I set a password on behalf of a user?

If a user is locked out of their account for any reason you may want to set a password for them. Follow these steps.

• Click 'People' > 'Individuals' in the navigation.

• Find the person you need, the example is filtered by status > invite pending, but you can filter by name or any other criteria you need.

• Click 'Set password'.

Open

• Set a secure password.

Open

• Inform them of their password, making sure to tell them to reset their password to another secure password.
