Using the Go1 Content Hub

Using the Go1 Content Hub

Overview

The Go1 Content Hub is the embedded interface within Learn Amp where you browse Go1's catalogue of over 80,000 pieces of content, select what you need, and sync it directly into your library. Once it's there, you can share it with learners through learnlists and channels — just like any other content.

Functionality Breakdown

The Go1 Content Hub provides an embedded interface within Learn Amp where you can:

  • Browse Go1's catalogue of over 80,000 pieces of content

  • Search for content by topic, keyword, or provider

  • Select courses you want to add to your library

  • Manually sync selected content into Learn Amp

Once synced, the content appears in your Learn Amp library where you can manage it like any other content — setting visibility, adding to learnlists, and tracking completions.

Pre-requisites

To use the Go1 Content Hub, you must have:

  • The Go1 integration enabled in your Learn Amp account (set up by your Implementation or Success coach)

  • Add content to learnlists and channels

  • Edit titles, descriptions, and other metadata as needed

  • Archive or unarchive content using standard library management features

FAQs

Q: Can I sync all Go1 content at once?

We'd suggest syncing in manageable batches rather than selecting everything at once — it keeps the process smooth and makes it easier to track what's been added.

Q: What happens if sync fails?

If a sync fails, you'll see an error message. Check that your Go1 licence is active and your integration is properly configured, then try syncing again.

Q: Can I remove Go1 content from my library?

Yes. You can archive Go1 content just like any other library item. Archived content can be restored later if needed. It's also worth knowing that Go1 may retire content automatically — if a Go1 course suddenly disappears from your library without any manual action, it may have been retired by Go1. See How Go1 Content Retires from Your Library for more details.

Q: How often should I sync?

Sync whenever you want to add new content to your library — there's no automatic sync, which means you're always in control of exactly what lands in your platform and when.

Q: How can I monitor the health of my Go1 content library?

Navigate to Content > Manage Items in the sidebar and filter by the Go1 source. The Go1 Status column appears automatically, showing whether each item is Live, Pending retirement, or Retired. Reviewing this regularly helps you stay ahead of content gaps before they affect learners. See Managing Retired Go1 Content for a full guide.

Troubleshooting

Solution

Issue

Solution

Go1 Content Hub won't load

Ensure you have Owner or Admin role and the integration is enabled. Try refreshing the page.

Can't find specific content

Use different search terms or browse by provider. If you still can't find something, it may fall outside your Go1 licence tier — check with your Go1 account manager if you think specific content should be available.

Sync button not responding

Check that you've selected content to sync and that your integration setup is complete.

Content not appearing after sync

Wait a moment for processing, then refresh your library. Check if there were any sync errors.

A Go1 item suddenly disappeared from my library

Go1 may have retired this content, which causes it to be automatically archived in Learn Amp. Go to Content > Manage Items in the sidebar, apply the Archived filter, select Go1 as the source, and search for the item. See How Go1 Content Retires from Your Library for full guidance.
