Overview

Surveys in Learn Amp are a powerful way to gather feedback, track sentiment, and improve engagement across your organisation. Whether you're looking to evaluate an event, understand how employees feel about a Learnlist, or capture performance feedback, Surveys give you the tools to do so effectively.

This article offers a high-level overview of what Surveys are and how they work.

What are Surveys?

Surveys are a flexible feature in Learn Amp that allow Admins and Managers to ask questions and collect structured responses from users.

You can use Surveys to:

  • Gather feedback on content, events, processes, or performance

  • Issue question sets to individuals, teams, or the whole organisation

  • Use different question types to capture detailed insights

  • Review and analyse responses in-platform

Surveys can be assigned in a variety of ways, depending on your needs:

  • Regular Surveys for one-off or recurring company-wide feedback

  • Content Surveys linked to specific Learnlists or Channels

  • Observation Surveys designed for peer or manager-led feedback

Where to Find Surveys

You can access Surveys by navigating to Manage → Learning Content → Surveys in the sidebar navigation, where you can view, manage, and analyse all active and past Surveys.

To create a new Survey, use the + Add New menu and select Survey under the Assessment section.
