Using the Account Switcher
Overview
The Account Switcher allows you to move between multiple Learn Amp accounts without logging out. This is particularly useful if you manage several company domains or need to access different Learn Amp environments.
This feature is only available if you have access to multiple accounts on the platform.
How the Account Switcher Works
The account switcher appears when you click on your avatar icon in the top right corner. From here you can:
View all linked accounts
Switch to a different company domain
Add new accounts (up to 5)
Remove accounts you no longer need
Adding an Account to the Switcher
Step 1: Access the Switcher
Click your avatar icon in the top navigation bar, then click the + icon.
Step 2: View Your Accounts
A pop-up will appear showing your current accounts and the option to add another.
Step 3: Enter the Domain
Click Add another account and enter the subdomain of the account you want to add.
⚠️ Important: When entering the domain, use only the subdomain. Do not include 'https://' or 'www.'
For example:
✅ Correct:
yourcompany❌ Incorrect:
https://yourcompany.learnamp.com
Step 4: Log In
You'll be prompted to log in to the new domain. Once logged in, the domain icon will appear next to your avatar.
Step 5: Switch Between Accounts
Click on the domain icons to switch between your linked accounts.
