Company Settings Overview

Overview

Company Settings allow you to configure the platform to better suit your organisation's needs. They contain options for branding, permissions, user data management, and data transfers.


Accessing Company Settings

To access Company Settings, click on your user profile icon and select Company Settings.

💡 Note: You need an Admin or Owner system role to access Company Settings.

Manager Permissions

In Company Settings > People > Managers permissions, you can configure what managers (who don't have Admin roles) can do:

💡 Note: "Direct reports" and "managed users" refer to users managed through Override Management.


User Profile Permissions

In Company Settings > People > General, you can allow users to:

  • Edit their key details (name, email, job title)

  • Edit their expertise


Bulk User Deactivation

In Company Settings > People > Bulk deactivate, you can deactivate multiple users at once:

Step 1: Upload CSV

Upload a CSV file containing users to deactivate (download the template for the correct format).

Step 2: Review

Check how CSV data maps to Learn Amp fields and review any unmatched columns.

Step 3: Settings

Confirm deactivation and review system actions for tasks, assessments, 1-to-1s, and user records.


CPD Tracking

In Company Settings > CPD, choose whether CPD points are tracked in Hours or Points.


Session Timeout

In Company Settings > Security, you can:

  • Enable no-activity timeout

  • Set a custom timeout period (default is 7 days if enabled)

  • Automatically log out idle users


Site Setup

Custom Terms

In Company Settings > Site setup > Custom terms:

  • Customise Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions messages

  • Enable company T&Cs and Privacy Policy

  • Add custom links users must accept

  • Set your preferred business name

Google Analytics

In Company Settings > Site setup > Google Analytics:

  • Add your Google Analytics UA code or GA4 code

  • Enable analytics tracking on your Learn Amp site

Q: Who can access Company Settings?
Only users with Admin or Owner system roles can access Company Settings.

Q: What happens to a user's data when they're bulk deactivated?
Their tasks, assessments, 1-to-1s, completions, and other records are handled according to the system's deactivation policies. You'll see a summary during the deactivation process.
