In the top navigation bar click on your avatar icon>Audit log>You will then be redirected to the screen below.

You can add filters to narrow your search if you are looking for a particular action.

What do the filters mean?

User/Actor - You can select a user to check their actions on the system

Type - This is the type of information that has been effected

Event - You can select what action was taken

Object name - What was changed/edited or updated

IP Address - The IP address at the time of the action

System - Shows system events

For example: You can use the Audit Log to search for an array of items. For example, If you want to see what user deleted an item, you can apply the following filters: ‘Action>Deleted’ and ‘Object’s name>[name of item]’. The Audit Log will immediately produce a result.

Another example is if you’d like to see the activity of a user. You can do this by applying the filters ‘Date From>To’ and ‘User>[name of user]’, we can see all of the activities of the user during that time span.
