FAQs

Q: What's the maximum file size for uploads?
The general limit is 2 GB for documents, videos, and SCORM packages. Images are limited to 10 MB. For videos, we recommend staying under 50 MB for the best user experience.

Q: Can I upload PowerPoint files directly?
PowerPoint files can be uploaded as downloadable files, but they won't display inline. To show slides directly in Learn Amp, convert your PowerPoint to PDF first, then upload the PDF.

Q: Why can't I upload a ZIP file?
ZIP files are blocked by default for security. The exception is SCORM packages—use the E-learning Item type to upload these.

Q: What video format should I use?
MP4 is the most reliable format. If you're having issues with another format, try converting to MP4 before uploading.

Q: Why is my PDF not displaying correctly?
Some PDFs created with specific software may not render properly. Try opening and re-saving the PDF using a PDF creator tool (such as PDFCreator on Windows) to ensure compatibility.
