Q&A: Are Groups automatically assigned pre-set tasks that have been set for both new as well as current members?

Groups are set to refresh daily by default.
Once they refresh - new users are added to them and tasks are assigned accordingly.
Please note: If you’d like to speed up the process, you can use the ‘Refresh now’ button - it will refresh the group and add users to them on spot. If you want to learn more about Groups please check our other articles by clicking here.
