Question: After deleting a Company Task, I can see it still showing as an individual Task for all users.

Answer: It is possible, that when deleting the Company task, you ticked an option, which stopped the task from being issued but didn’t remove the tasks that had already been issued.

Tasks can be assigned on different structure levels (Individual, Team, Company)When you click ‘Delete Task' the system will still send a red pop-up message:

For the Individual task, the following message will display:

For Team tasks, deleting the team task will also remove all the individual tasks spawned within that team. You will get the following message upon deleting a Team task:

When deleting Company task, you will receive the following message:

You’ll have an option to either stop the task for creating new instances when new people join the company (but leave the ones, that have already been assigned) or to remove future and past tasks (delete all the individual tasks that spawned out of this company task).
