Q&A: The delete option isn't appearing in the 3 pips menu?
Question: The delete option isn't appearing in the 3 pips menu when I try to delete content?
Answer: To delete content you must archive it first. Once you archive the content you will need to search for the content in the ‘Manage’ page with the filter ‘Archived’ applied. You can then click the 3 pips along the item and you’ll see two options. One for ‘Delete’ and one ‘Un-archive’.
Why do I have to archive / deactivate before I can delete?
The impact of deleting something by accident can be high. Imagine deleting a user accidentally. By first archiving / deactivating it means that the important action has happened (the user is no longer active in the system) but you have to consider more carefully before deleting
