Q&A: I'm receiving error message 'your connection is not private'
Question: I'm receiving error message 'your connection is not private' - what can I do?
Answer: Your SSL certificate may be expired. The way we were applying your SSL certificate previously meant we required a manual step to work with your IT team to renew and apply a new certificate.
Please get in touch with our support team so that we can move your account over to a cloudflare managed SSL so it automatically renews.
