Question: What is the difference between 'Export CSV' and 'Export E-learning CSV'?

Answer: ‘Export CSV’ will show information about activities related to all content whereas, 'Export E-learning CSV' will show information about activities related to E-learning only.

Both CSVs include the following fields:

  • happened_at

  • expired_at

  • total_time

  • result

  • score

  • role

  • job_title

  • language

  • location

  • join_date

  • manager_name

  • Test custom field

  • hire date

  • Sign Up Referral

  • Email Address

  • labels

 

The different fields included in the Export E-learning CSV are:

  • attempts

  • attempt number

  • time zone

 

Whereas, the different fields included in the Export CSV are:

  • action

  • type

  • completed

  • primary_team

  • other_teams

  • status (at the time of export)
