Question: How does the 'Recommended for you' widget configure content?
Answer: If a user has skills or tags set then the ‘Recommended for you’ widget will show content with those tags.
But, if the user has no tags, then the recommendations filter looks at all ‘Entire company’ visibility items. The widget will also show content with high ratings and the content that was most recently added.
