Answer: If you archive an event or an event session, all the enrolled users should get an ‘event cancelled’ email. Then when you view the archived event session, you should see all the enrollments.
If the event session occurs in the future, then archiving the session will cause any approved enrollments to flip to unenrolled.
Nothing will happen to enrollments if the event session is in the past.
When archiving a session, the cancellation email will only go out to users if they have approved enrollments and the session is still in the future.
