Question: Q&A: I can no longer see the user status' on the People page - What has happened?
Answer: There is a possibility that the columns were edited within the People page. To revert back to seeing user statuses:
In the top navigation bar, click on People
Select Individuals
Click on Actions
Select Edit columns
Click on Add column
Click on Select a field to add
Select Status
Click on Add
Click on Save columns
