Question: Q&A: I can no longer see the user status' on the People page - What has happened?

Answer: There is a possibility that the columns were edited within the People page. To revert back to seeing user statuses:

  • In the top navigation bar, click on People

  • Select Individuals

  • Click on Actions

  • Select Edit columns

  • Click on Add column

  • Click on Select a field to add

  • Select Status

  • Click on Add

  • Click on Save columns
