Question: Can I reset a users quiz attempt if they run out of attempts?
Answer: Yes, to do this you will need to delete an old attempt. This will then allow the user to have another attempt. To delete an attempt:
1. Find the quiz via Assess>Quiz>Manage Quizzes
2. Click the 3 pips along the quiz
3. View report
4. Click the dropdown under attempts for the user you’d like to delete the attempt for:
5. Along the attempt that is now visible click the 3 pips
6. Select Delete attempt
The user will now be able to re-take the quiz.
