Q&A: What does 'New' and 'Current' members mean when assigning a group/team/company task?

New members

Anyone who is new to the Group, Team or Company after the task has been set.

If a task is set with ‘Current and new members’ or ‘New members only' settings then any new user that fits the task criteria will have the task assigned automatically.

 

Current members

Anyone who is already part of the Group, Team or company when the task is assigned.

Tasks will assign only to users currently part of the Group, Team or Company and will not assign to anyone who joins after the task is assigned.
