Q&A: How do I attach an email thread to my support ticket?
To attach the email you will first need to save the email to your files and then attach it on the ticket as you would an image.
You can do this by:
Opening the email
File>Save as and save into your files
Open the ticket and click to leave a comment
Then you can either drag & drop the file into the comment or click the ‘Add image, video or file’ option and select the file from there.
