I drafted my notes on my 1-to-1 but when I went to click save I received a 'session expired' message. I've now lost all of my notes - Is there a way to get them back?

This can be caused by a timeout, which can happen when the tab is open for too long (>10 min) or when the internet connection is lost while the window is open.
If you didn’t click ‘Save draft’ while filling out the form, then the notes would not have been saved.
