How can I stop users from receiving Task notifications for historic Tasks that were set by a deactivated user?

If the Tasks in question have a dynamic deadline for new members and have not been deleted, then the Tasks will continue to be assigned.

To rectify this issue:

• Locate the relevant Tasks within the Company Task tab

• Expand the deadline to All time

• Add the relevant Filters e.g. Tasked for

• This should reveal the Tasks in question

• Click on the three pips next to each relevant Task

• Select Delete Task
