How can I edit Agenda points for an issued 1-to-1?

Users are not currently able to edit Agenda points of 1-to-1s that have already been issued.

A workaround for this would be to ask all the relevant ‘Reviewers’ to:

Delete this specific Agenda point

Re-add the Agenda point

‘Reviewers' can delete Agenda points within their 1-to-1 (please see screenshot on the left-hand side showing how they can do so).
