What happens when users click on the ‘Respond to’ button in exercise comment notification emails?

The current system logic regarding the ‘Respond to’ button is as follows:
Directs users to the ‘My Exercises’ tab on Learn Amp.
Once on this tab, users are then able to see any comments that have been left on their Exercise submissions.
This allows users to respond to comments by adding notes.
